The Miami Dolphins beat the Jacksonville Jaguars 14-6 on Saturday night, bringing the 2025 preseason to a close and setting up the team for their regular-season opener in two weeks. The game featured many of the starters getting about a quarter’s worth of action before heading to the bench and letting the depth players, who are fighting for a roster spot ahead of Tuesday’s cut deadline, take over for much of the game.

The preseason is drawing to a close as the Miami Dolphins will take on the Jacksonville Jaguars this Saturday night for their final preseason game. The two teams held a joint practice yesterday and we can’t make it through one of these without some injuries unfortunately. Dolphins RB Jaylen Wright left practice which meant Ollie Gordon got more reps and the rookie has been impressing. Another injury was to LB Jordyn Brooks, who got injured right near the end of practice. Let’s hope they are nothing serious, as the Dolphins are dealing with plenty of injuries all over the place....
