The Miami Dolphins enjoyed some rest and relaxation during their off week in week twelve of the 2025 NFL season — and despite the fact that the team didn’t take the field, they maintained their position in Pro Football Talk’s latest power rankings list.

Following their week eleven overtime victory over the Washington Commanders in Madrid, Spain, the Dolphins checked in with their highest ranking of the season in Mike Florio’s estimation — clocking in at the #22 spot on the list.

On Tuesday, Florio and the PFT gang released their latest rankings, and the Dolphins remained in the #22 position despite teams rising and falling around them.

The Atlanta Falcons — a team the Dolphins spanked by a score of 34-10 on October 26th to earn their second victory of the season, and first road victory — jumped Miami after defeating the New Orleans Saints by a score of 24-10. The Dolphins will play the Saints on Sunday.

The Minnesota Vikings fell behind the Dolphins after falling to the Green Bay Packers in sorry fashion — losing by a score of 23-6.

Despite their 4-7 record on the year, the Dolphins find themselves “in the hunt” when it comes to the NFL Playoffs this season — even if their chances of actually making the postseason can be categorized as “unlikely at best.” Regardless, many players, and certainly the coaches, have plenty riding on the outcomes of their remaining six regular season games — as their futures in Miami delicately hang in the balance.
