The Miami Dolphins may be looking to move on from quarterback Tua Tagovailoa in the coming years. And with a 1-5 start to the season, the time to start looking at the draft’s top prospects — especially at the quarterback position — has long begun.
Back in 2024, Tagovailoa inked a four-year, $212.4 million extension with the Dolphins. Unfortunately, everything surrounding our favorite team has been downhill ever since. And with the potential for a complete overhaul from top to bottom — and an out in the contract in 2027 — the Dolphins will inevitably have to start looking for...

The Miami Dolphins are currently 1-5, and with the future of the current regime in jeopardy, many expect the team to be sellers at this year’s NFL trade deadline.
Rumors have already started to swirl surrounding several players, including pass-rushers Bradley Chubb and Jaelan Phillips, and some have even suggested the team could move some of their promising young offensive playmakers — like Jaylen Waddle and De’Von Achane — as well.
That may still happen.
But for now, Miami’s head coach is claiming there is no credibility to those rumors, calling them “baseless” at his Friday afternoon press conference.

It’s going to be the battle of the lefty quarterbacks when the Miami Dolphins take on the Cleveland Browns tomorrow. From the sounds of it, the weather may not be that great either with some strong winds in the forecast. Either way, this is going to be a battle of one win teams who both desperately need a win to silence some drama surrounding them.
You can check out that story here, and the rest of the day’s round-up below.
Who has the edge? Dolphins at Browns, in battle of 1-5 teams Here’s a look at how the Miami Dolphins...

The 1-5 Miami Dolphins visit the 1-5 Cleveland Browns on Sunday in a game that does not bring a lot of appeal to the national television market. Both teams are trying to find a way to excite their fan base despite a miserable season, and a strong performance in Sunday’s game could alleviate some of the pressure coming from the fans.
The Browns have already made the move to rookie quarterback Dillon Gabriel, trading veteran Joe Flacco to the Cincinnati Bengals. Will Gabriel’s play on Sunday, and throughout the rest of the season, be strong enough for Browns fans to...

Week seven of the NFL season kicks off with its usual Thursday Night Football game. This evening’s game features an AFC North showdown between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the hosting Cincinnati Bengals. The 4-1 Steelers come into this week on a three-game win streak, including last week’s victory over another division rival, the Cleveland Browns, 23-9. On the other side of the ball, the 1-4 Bengals have struggled since they lost starting quarterback Joe Burrow in week two. Cinci comes in on a 4-game losing streak, including their loss last week to the Green Bay Packers 27-18.

Cleveland, Ohio sits right on the banks of Lake Erie — one of the five Great Lakes of North America. Due to its proximity to the water, games at Huntington Bank Field can get a little wonky weather-wise.
Sunday’s Miami Dolphins vs. Cleveland Browns match-up could end up being one such game.
Andy Slater of Fox Sports 640 in Miami provided an update regarding the type of weather the Dolphins should expect for their game in Cleveland this Sunday — and it doesn’t look pretty.
With wind gusts that could reach 50-60 miles per hour, plus a deluge of rain...

Six weeks into the 2025 NFL season, the Miami Dolphins are a complete mess from top to bottom. The team sits at 1-5, and many are pointing fingers at head coach Mike McDaniel.
McDaniel was hired in 2022, and and is currently in his fourth season as head coach of the Dolphins. The team is yet to win a win a playoff game under his tutelage, let alone a division title. Though he held a record of 28- 22 in his first 50 NFL games as head coach, he is now 29-28, just two losses away from falling below .500....

The Pittsburgh Steelers meet the Cincinnati Bengals on Thursday night to start Week 7 of the 2025 NFL Season, bringing us an AFC North divisional showdown. Pittsburgh enters the week with a 4-1 record and the lead in the division while Cincinnati is 2-4 on the season and in second place in the division.
Aaron Rodgers has been effective, but not spectacular, for Pittsburgh in his first season with the team. On the other side of the ball, Joe Flacco will make his second start for the Bengals after being traded from the Cleveland Browns nine days ago. Despite losing...

The Miami Dolphins were all the rage two years ago with their high octane offense. Things were looking good, but things are definitely not good at the moment. So how did the team get to this point? Well, they let plenty of talent walk out the door and brought in cheap, often injured, players to replace those that they lost. They also didn’t make a ton of draft picks from 2022 – 23 and the only play that has survived is running back De’Von Achane. Besides Achane, they really haven’t hit on many draft picks and the most recent ones...

Our Miami Dolphins will head north this week to take on the also-terrible Cleveland Browns. I went into last week believing that the Dolphins had to win over the not-so-good Carolina Panthers in order for both Mike McDaniel and Chris Grier to continue their employment in South Florida. Conventional wisdom would tell you that this week is certainly a must-win if all parties are to keep their gigs for at least another week, but this is a team owned by either the most stubborn owner in the NFL or the most loyal to a fault in Stephen Ross. Anyway…
