The Miami Dolphins added Jalen Reagor to their wide receiver ranks earlier this week and he brings a veteran presence to the room. The Dolphins wide receiver room is one of their weakest units and the Reagor signing doesn’t paint a pretty picture for the guys in the room already. But Reagor isn’t necessarily a slam dunk to make the roster. The Dolphins invested into three rookies this past draft and will want to give them every opportunity to succeed. But nonetheless, Reagor will get a chance to compete alongside Malik Washington, Tutu Atwell, and Jalen Tolbert.

Last night, I posted the answers to the questions I asked about which former or current Miami Dolphins player you would choose to have a sit-down conversation with, given the chance. Among your answers, a few of you mentioned actual meetings you had with mostly former Dolphins players or coaches. But what of the rest of you? Others among us must have stories of meeting a player here or there just by chance. If, for whatever reason, you never had the chance to meet someone tied to your Miami Dolphins, maybe you have an interaction with another NFL player somewhere...

The Miami Dolphins signed 10 of their 13 selections from the 2026 NFL Draft on Tuesday after creating more than $21 million in salary cap space through post-June 1 transactions. At that time, only first-round picks Kadyn Proctor (Alabama) and Chris Johnson (San Diego State), along with fifth-round selection Seydou Traore (Mississippi State), remained unsigned.
On Wednesday, the Dolphins finalized contracts with both Proctor and Johnson, officially bringing their first-round picks under contract. As of this writing, there have been no reports regarding the status of Traore’s deal.
Proctor has been working with the first-team offense at left guard during...

Each season, ESPN releases their Football Power Index, or FPI.
FPI measures a team’s true strength on a net points scale, looking at a team’s expected point margin against an average opponent on a neutral field. It accounts for a number of factors, such as win totals, net offense, defense, and special teams rating, home-field advantage, rest differentials, and much more. ESPN then uses these numbers to simulate the season thousands of times, before landing on a final FPI rating. In other words, it’s a very robust index that provides a lot of insight into the NFL’s best and worst...

The Miami Dolphins parted ways with longtime general manager Chris Grier last October. Interim general manager Champ Kelly finished out the 2025 season before the club hired Jon-Eric Sullivan as their full-time replacement earlier this year. Early Wednesday morning, Adam Schefter of ESPN announced that Grier will be joining another NFL organization for the 2026 season.
Grier will be taking his talents to the NFC North as he’s has been hired by the Detroit Lions as a personnel executive.
Prior to the “mutual parting of ways” that took place on Halloween of last year, Grier had been with the Dolphins...

After being absent from the Miami Dolphins voluntary team activities last week, center Aaron Brewer was present for the mandatory minicamp that began yesterday. Jeff Hafley explained that missing last week was for a family obligation and is not related to Brewer wanting a contract extension. Hafley is hopefully that contract details can be ironed out soon after Jon-Eric Sullivan named Brewer as one of the Dolphins cornerstone players.
You can check out that story here, and the rest of the day’s round-up below.

The Miami Dolphins held their first day of mandatory minicamp on Tuesday, with just one week left until Dolphins complete their offseason program with the final week of OTAs.
As such, head coach Jeff Hafley held a press conference afterwards and gave a slew of answers about quarterbacks Malik Willis and Quinn Ewers, who he thinks may wear the “green dot” on defense, and what he expects from edge rusher Chop Robinson going into his third season.
When asked about Willis, Hafley stated that “it’s going to be a work in progress” in regards to him developing chemistry with Miami’s...

It is June 2nd. As in, post-June 1st.
As a result, the Miami Dolphins have seen an influx of $21 million (plus) to their cap space. With that extra pocket change, the team signed 10 of their 13 rookies from the 2026 NFL Draft. The only rookies left unsigned include both first round picks — offensive lineman Kadyn Proctor and cornerback Chris Johnson — and fifth round tight end, Seydou Traore.
Linebacker Jacob Rodriguez (2nd round), wide receivers Caleb Douglas and Chris Bell (3rd round), tight end Will Kacmarek (3rd round), EDGE Trey Moore (4th round), linebacker Kyle Louis (4th...

The Miami Dolphins continue to turn over rocks in search of the best combination of players to help kick-start the organization’s latest rebuild attempt under new general manager Jon-Eric Sullivan. The Dolphins are signing free agent wide receiver Jalen Reagor, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. The Tuesday afternoon signing comes just after Miami received around $20 million in salary cap space from the post-June 1 release designations of linebacker Bradley Chubb and quarterback Tua Tagovailoa. No corresponding roster move to create space was reported.
Reagor, a 2020 first-round pick by the Philadelphia Eagles, bounced on and off the Los Angeles...

The Miami Dolphins continue to build toward the 2026 NFL regular season. This year, the team has started a complete rebuild, including hiring a new general manager in Jon-Eric Sullivan and new head coach in Jeff Hafley. The team is also embracing competition, wanting players to be pushed to earn a roster spot rather than being gifted it.
That even includes the special teams players, where Miami has two kickers on the roster as they head toward minicamp. Both players will be looking to make the roster as the Dolphins let the competition play out. Today, our 90-in-90 series takes...

The Miami Dolphins received an influx of salary cap space on Tuesday, jumping to over $20 million in available spending money for the 2026 season. The Dolphins used two “post-June 1” designations on roster cuts this year, moving on from quarterback Tua Tagovailoa and linebacker Bradley Chubb as they reset their roster and look to get their cap situation back under control.
June 2 is “post” June 1, which means the salary cap relief that comes with those two cuts has now hit the books. (Officially, the space hit at 4 p.m. Eastern on Monday because the league day ends...

The Miami Dolphins will kick off their mandatory minicamp today and there should be plenty of things to watch for. The Dolphins have plenty of new faces on the roster and plenty of young players who should be hungry to prove themselves. Most eyes will probably be on QB Malik Willis, who still needs to develop some chemistry with his pass catchers. Speaking of pass catchers, the Dolphins rebuilt their receiver room with Malik Washington being the only returning starter. Caleb Douglas is an interesting rookie receiver to watch. He was taken in the third round but was viewed as...
