The Cleveland Browns are home for the final time in 2025 on Sunday when they host the Pittsburgh Steelers at Huntington Bank Field.
Cleveland enters the contest on a four-game losing streak, while the Steelers could take the field with the AFC North Division title in hand if the Baltimore Ravens lose to the Green Bay Packers on Saturday night.
It is setting up to be another dreary afternoon on the shores of Lake Erie, although the Browns have won five of the past six meetings between the teams in Cleveland. Could the Browns have some leftover coal to put...

Cleveland Browns fans are disappointed in their team over the last two years, with most calling for HC Kevin Stefanski to be fired and many others believing GM Andrew Berry should join him on the unemployment line. There are reports that Berry will be safe to build off his very good 2025 NFL draft class with a high pick in the 2026 NFL draft and multiple quality picks to improve the team.
With Christmas Day results locking in more NFL playoff positions and the Browns 2026 NFL draft order floor, this year’s postseason will have some new faces, as [many...

The Pittsburgh Steelers could end up ruining the Browns draft plans in Week 17, as the AFC North playoff picture could be settled before the game even kicks off. We had two games on Christmas Day that could have some impact on Cleveland’s draft order.
Browns 2026 NFL mock drafts and talk of where QB Sheduer Sanders will fit in the team’s plan are the primary points of interest for fans at this point.

Fans of the Cleveland Browns are understandably frustrated with the performance of their team. Only eternal optimists (waving hello from the other side of the keyboard) or delusional fans thought the Browns would be a playoff-caliber squad. The betting win totals told a story about what proper expectations for the team should have been going into the season.
With just two weeks left in the 2025 NFL season, and only one game left for some teams, all but four playoff spots, including a fight for the AFC North, remain up for grabs. With that many playoff spots locked up, there...

The Cleveland Browns take on the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 17 as the AFC North winds down the 2025 NFL season with a lot of questions at key spots heading into the 2026 NFL season. The first injury report of the week was loaded with players limited or not practicing at all.
The Browns decided not to practice on Christmas Day, but according to the participation report, the Steelers were on the field and added DB Jalen Ramsey to the list. A few other changes to Pittsburgh’s report while Cleveland’s remained the same:

The Cleveland Browns have only played one game on Christmas Day ever – a heartbreaking 24-22 loss to the Green Bay Packers. Baker Mayfield threw four interceptions in this game, and many fans remember this game as a pivotal moment that contributed to his departure from Cleveland. On the Packers’ side of things, this was an important game as Aaron Rodgers surpassed Brett Favre for the Packers’ all-time passing TD record.
In one of the more meaningful games in Browns history, the team won an NFL title on a last-second field goal by Lou Groza back in 1950 on Christmas...

It is Week 17, and the Cleveland Browns moved up 0.1 spots to 29.0 overall on average in this week’s power rankings — so, essentially, there was no movement. Most of the rankings shared the same sentiment: the Browns put up an admirable effort against the Bills, and it also sucked that they lost Quinshon Judkins to injury.
Here is a summary of how the Cleveland Browns are viewed across mainstream media outlets in NFL Power Rankings heading into Week 17 of the 2025 NFL season.

With two weeks left in the 2025 NFL season, the Cleveland Browns are in the “Race to the Bottom” with a strong chance at selecting with one of the first two picks in the 2026 NFL draft order. In Week 17, the Pittsburgh Steelers could “ruin” the Browns chances for one of those top picks, and the NFL could have a desire for a big upset to keep the AFC North race wide open.
The NFL decided to give football fans some gifts on the Christmas Day schedule, but, like a kid growing out of a gift that was bought...

The more things change, the more they stay the same for the Cleveland Browns. With just three playoff appearances since “The Return” in 1999, including two under embattled HC Kevin Stefanski and GM Andrew Berry, Browns fans are much more aware of the NFL draft order and positioning process than postseason seeding.
Going into 2026, Shedeur Sanders has a role in Cleveland, but a quarterback is likely to be selected with their pick at the top of the 2026 NFL draft.
Questions at the top of the organization are nothing new for a Browns team that has had 13 different...

Another lost season, on to the next. Geez. Not the Christmas gift Cleveland Browns fans were looking for.
Remember back in the mid-1980s when Marty Schottenheimer had the Browns in the playoffs every single year? Those were exciting times to be a Clevelander. Being a good team during the regular season, then winning entry-level playoff games, and ending up in the AFC Championship Game with an opportunity to be in that year’s Super Bowl. It truly was a magical time to be a fan of the Browns.
