On Friday, November 29th, 2024, at 11:20 central, the Matt Eberflus era for the Chicago Bears came to a screeching halt in a manner reminiscent of his final three games as their head ball coach. Matt was previously the 17th head coach in the 100+ year history of the Bears.

Chicago’s selection spot was locked in after Sunday’s Week 18 results.

With the results of Week 18 in the 2024-25 NFL regular season, the Chicago Bears will have the No. 10 pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.

Chicago ended up breaking their 10-game losing streak on Sunday, defeating the Packers on the road 24-22 to improve their record to 5-12. The win moved the Bears down one spot from where they had been on track to pick heading into Sunday, as they traded places with the Saints.
