Madden 26 ratings are out, and you won’t be surprised to know that the Tennessee Titans' rookie quarterback did not get a good mark. Ward got the second lowest rating on Madden of any first round pick, only ahead of Jaxson Dart. Ward got a 72. Dart got a 68.

The Tennessee Titans have had a handful of training camp practices, including Saturday’s “Back Together” session at Nissan Stadium. The Tennessee Titans waived/injured WR Treylon Burks today. It is a tough ending for the former first round pick. Burks was only able to play in 27 games in his three years in Tennessee. He caught just one touchdown pass.

If the Tennessee Titans had two player-related situations to resolve this offseason, they were Will Levis and Treylon Burks. New general manager Mike Borgonzi inherited Levis from the previous GM (Ran Carthon), and Burks from two GMs (Jon Robinson!) ago. The Tennessee Titans made a roster move this morning, signing wide receiver Matt Landers and releasing wide receiver Colton Dowell. Landers went undrafted in the 2023 NFL Draft but was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Seattle Seahawks. He has bounced around in the last two years, also spending time with the Carolina Panthers, Cleveland Browns, and New England Patriots, as well as some time in the XFL. It hasn’t worked out for Landers so far, but he’s got the physical tools to play in the league:
