The Pittsburgh Steelers and Aaron Rodgers have agreed to terms on a one-year deal that will see the four-time MVP return for a second season in the Steel City. Per Adam Schefter of ESPN, Rodgers will be getting a significant raise in 2026.
“Aaron Rodgers is expected to sign a one-year deal worth up to $25 million,“ Schefter reports. ”The deal is expected to include a base salary between $22 and $23 million, with up to a few million more in incentives.“

Adam Schefter reported a short time ago that the four-time MVP and the Steelers have agreed to a one-year deal. The wait is finally over.
Per Adam Schefter, Aaron Rodgers is returning to the Pittsburgh Steelers on a one-year deal. The four-time MVP will reunite with his former head coach with the Green Bay Packers, Mike McCarthy.
Rodgers is coming off a year in which he threw for 24 touchdowns to just seven interceptions, leading the Steelers to 10 wins and an AFC North championship.
The Steelers quarterback room now consists of Rodgers, Mason Rudolph, Will Howard, and rookie third-round pick Drew Allar. The Steelers begin OTAs on May 18.
