The NFL season is two weeks old. Well, for four teams, Week 2 will conclude after the Monday Night Football doubleheader, but for the majority of the league, we already know where they sit going into Week 3. For some, like the Cleveland Browns, it might already be time for a major change at the quarterback position or some other big move.
Still others, looking at you, Cincinnati Bengals, a 2-0 start helps cover up a lot of warts, but Joe Burrow’s injury really clouds things for now and the future.
[With the extra first-round pick in the 2026 NFL...
After what should have been a win in Week 1 of the NFL season, leading to some guarded optimism about the team, the Cleveland Browns fell back to earth in Week 2 versus the Baltimore Ravens. Whether Joe Flacco or Dillon Gabriel starts in Week 3, Flacco’s career as a starter might have come to an end where it started in Baltimore; the Browns quarterback position is just one concern for the team.
There is still a group of people who believe that Shedeur Sanders has a chance to be the future at the quarterback position, but the extra first-round...
The latest Cleveland Browns coverage from Dawgs By Nature:
The Cleveland Browns and Baltimore Ravens both lost their first game of the 2025 season. Week 2 was designed to right one franchise and give the winner a division victory.
The Ravens were celebrating their 30-year history, which, oddly enough, is against the very city Baltimore stole their franchise. The Browns wanted nothing better than to spoil the party with a much-needed win.

The Cleveland Browns had another very bad, no-good day on Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens.
But the Browns found at least one thing on offense to potentially feel good about amid the rubble of a 41-17 defeat.
One week after rushing for just 49 yards and averaging two yards per carry, the Browns were able to rush for 114 yards and average 5.2 yards per carry against the Ravens.
The effort was led by rookie Quinshon Judkins, who made his debut and posted 61 rushing yards on 10 carries, which included a 31-yard run that is by far the longest...
In another disappointing loss for the Cleveland Browns, the offense and special teams were once again the biggest concerns for this team. The run game was uninspiring, and the offensive line continues to look outmatched. It’s challenging to point to just one issue; however, Joe Flacco did not have his best performance against the Baltimore Ravens.
It has caused fans to question whether the team should continue to start Flacco or if the organization should consider giving Dillon Gabriel a chance. Will this solve their offensive woes, or do the offensive struggles run too deep?
Flacco’s immobility and lack of...
The Cleveland Browns were absolutely dismantled by the Baltimore Ravens in Week 2 of the 2025 NFL season. While DE Myles Garrett was well aware of the betting line, the struggles on offense and special teams ended up wearing down the stellar defense and leading to a huge difference at the end of the game.
Everyone knew that the Browns schedule was tough, which was one of the reasons that QB Joe Flacco made sense. The idea was that the experienced veteran could help steady the ship against that tough schedule. In Week 1, Flacco played well overall, but Cleveland...
Not many Cleveland Browns fans were expecting a win this week, but we were still hoping for a fun game and Flacco Fever living strong. Instead, we got a combination of more mistakes on offense and special teams, with Baltimore capitalizing on all of them and coming away with a 41-17 win. Let’s get to the full game recap.
The Browns received the opening kickoff, putting QB Joe Flacco on the field in Baltimore for the first time since 2018. He started with quick passes to TE David Njoku and TE Harold Fannin...
The Browns’ defense has been outstanding, but their offense can’t get anything going in the first half. One of the big differences in the game so far is a blocked punt that led to a short field touchdown, but Cleveland did get a field goal to end the half. Baltimore leads 10-3 at the half.

The Cleveland Browns started off strong on defense against the Baltimore Ravens but the offense and special teams did not join in positively. On four possessions, the Browns offense had two first downs and a total of 37 net yards. On special teams, DeAndre Carter was knocked out of the game with a concussion on the first play, Isaiah Bond almost fumbled a punt, allowed a big return by the Ravens and Corey Bojorquez didn’t pin Baltimore when given the chance on his third punt.
It was the fourth punt attempt that things got even worse.
Ronnie Hickman was run...
The Cleveland Browns and Baltimore Ravens started out Week 2 with both offenses struggling to get things going. Some of that is related to quality defensive efforts on both sides of the game, but the Browns offensive line struggled and QB Lamar Jackson missed on a few passes while RB Derrick Henry couldn’t find any running room.
One of the issues on the offensive line is RT Jack Conklin missing the game while LT Dawand Jones continued to struggle, including a false start penalty on Cleveland’s first offensive possession. After being committed to Jones throughout training camp, HC Kevin Stefanski...
The Ravens lead the Browns 3-0 heading to the second quarter.
