The Denver Broncos are hoping to get veteran safety P.J. Locke back for Sunday’s AFC West showdown against the Kansas City Chiefs. The veteran safety has missed the last two weeks but was back on the practice field for the first time since suffering a thumb injury that’s held him out of action.
The Denver Broncos are making progress in getting some players back from injury as one of their toughest stretches of the schedule approaches. Sunday’s game against the Kansas City Chiefs contains high stakes for the Broncos and their post-season ambitions in...
The Denver Broncos were back at it on Wednesday for practice as they now prepare to face their AFC West division rival, the Kansas City Chiefs, and Patrick Mahomes. Denver’s hoping to have more reinforcements for Sunday’s game, and one key starter on defense returned to practice, while a younger defensive player saw his first action of the year.
Denver Broncos safety P.J. Locke has missed the last two weeks of practice and last two games with a thumb injury that’s kept him out of action. There’s a chance...
Who played and who didn’t during the Denver Broncos 41-10 loss to the Baltimore Ravens.
Hopefully football on Sunday will be an escape from the negatives of this past week, but whatever happens in the game, love your family and your kids and take care of yourself. Your health and their health are much bigger than football or politics.
Denver Broncos game-day inactives vs. the Baltimore Ravens: Zach Wilson, PJ Locke, Damarri Mathis, Kris Abrams-Draine, Frank Crum, Greg Dulcich, and Dondrea Tillman.
The entire OL and our starting QB played every offensive snap. Matt Peart got 10 snaps...
The Broncos just got whopped and now face an unbeaten Chiefs team that always is tough at home.
The Denver Broncos got whopped.
Now, they must forget about what happened against the Baltimore Ravens and focus on the Kansas City Chiefs this Sunday. The task certainly doesn’t get any easier as Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs are 8-0.
Denver needs to play better in every facet to have any shot. The Broncos enter Sunday’s game at Arrowhead with a 5-4 record. Denver is a massive +8.5-point underdog, with the total sitting at 41.5.
Denver: Twenty-fifth in total...
The Denver Broncos didn’t really splash about at the trade deadline. Let’s discuss what that says about the team.
The Denver Broncos traded a depth edge player in Baron Browning to the Arizona Cardinals and signed one of their starting edge players to an extension. Other than that, the NFL trade deadline came and went without much ado in Broncos Country.
This says in my opinion that Sean Payton believes this team is on the right path, but they aren’t close enough to really try splashing about in order to try and squeeze out a couple more wins this season....
How well did Denver’s offense hold up against the league’s best rushing defense?
We all knew this was going to be tough game for the Denver Broncos to win. Not only do the Baltimore Ravens boast the most potent offense in the league, but their run defense is unmatched. Baltimore, on average, is giving up nearly seven yards a game less than the second-best team (Ravens at 75.7 and the next-closest Vikings at 81.9). And the Denver rushing attack has been good, and great at times, but the offensive line and the backs had their work cut out for them....
Week 10 of the NFL season is upon us, which means that it’s time for our weekly Denver Broncos Mailbag series. Broncos Country sent in their questions and asked whether or not Denver’s defense got exposed or if it was a letdown game and much more.
If you’d like to be featured in our weekly mailbag series, stay tuned on Mondays on social media for the prompt from @CodyRoarkNFL.
Was this game against the Ravens the one letdown game for the defense, or are there hidden flaws? – Patrick Long on Twitter.
Great question,...
Rob Walton donated $16.5M to Republicans between Jan. 1, 2023, and Oct. 1, 2024. That, per USA TODAY’s Tom Schad, who published the findings on Halloween.
The Denver Broncos were sold to the mega-rich Waltons, the owners of Walmart, for a record $4.65 billion in June, 2022. And the ultra-wealthy owner has been busy in his free time.
Today is a crucial day both in the NFL and in America. It’s Election Day, and it’s the NFL trade deadline (2 p.m. MT). So, what topic fits better than...
At 5-4 coming off a brutal loss, I asked the Mile High Report staff where they think the Denver Broncos are heading by season’s end.
The Denver Broncos were riding high, but the wins were against teams with an overall losing record. The Baltimore Ravens represented their first true test against one of the AFC’s elite teams. They were demolished.
That setback has us recalibrating our expectations. So I asked our team to look over the remaining schedule for the Broncos and give their opinion on where this team is likely heading by the end of the season.
Here’s where...
The Denver Broncos offense couldn’t keep up with the high-octane Baltimore Ravens in Sunday’s 41-10 blowout loss. While Denver embraced an aggressive approach, they missed some opportunities on Sunday, but also made a handful of plays that are promising signs regarding the further development of rookie quarterback Bo Nix.
Sunday’s game showcased that the Denver Broncos aren’t quite there yet when it comes to some of the powerhouses in the AFC. The Baltimore Ravens are the real deal, and Denver ran into their biggest challenge yet.
Offensively,...
Strike 1: Today is a monumental day in the United States of America. At 2 p.m. Mountain Time, we reach the NFL Trade deadline.
Will the 5-4 Denver Broncos be buyers, sellers, or will they just “stand pat” after making a single trade the day before? What’s your vote?
The Broncos have already sent edge rusher Baron Browning to the Arizona Cardinals for a sixth-round draft pick. Other than that, the conventional thought is that Denver won’t do much else this year, more or less standing pat as the deadline passes. They’ll move forward with the roster they have,...
The Denver Broncos are trying to find consistency across the offensive side of the ball, and one of Sean Payton’s goals is to improve the team’s consistency in rushing the football. Part of that could involve the Broncos getting their rookie running back more involved.
The Denver Broncos run game has been up and down throughout the first nine weeks of the season. Whether that’s been flashes from Javonte Williams, Jaleel McLaughlin, or Tyler Badie, Denver’s sprung some big runs, but the overall volume of consistency from the...
