This is really it. It’s time to say goodbye to the home of the Buffalo Bills for the last 53 years. While it’s theoretically possible that the Bills will wind up the fifth or sixth seed and somehow host the AFC Championship, I don’t like the odds enough to save my farewell for later. Let’s make no mistake either, if you could dream up a perfect farewell to the ol’ hunk of concrete and blue chairs, it would be hosting the Conference Title on the way to the Bills playing in the Super Bowl. That’s the stuff of legends and...

The Buffalo Bills haven’t had an NFL rushing leader since O.J. Simpson in 1976, but James Cook is on the doorstep. Cook took the 2025 rushing yardage lead over the Indianapolis Colts’ Jonathan Taylor in Week 16 and did not relinquish it in Week 17.
Cook enters Week 18 with 1606 yards followed by Taylor at 1559 and Derrick Henry back at 1469.
Partially helping Cook through the process is the schedule. The Colts play at 1:00 p.m. Eastern on Sunday, so the team will know how many yards Cook needs before kickoff at 4:25 p.m. Eastern. Henry plays on...

The Buffalo Bills have announced two practice squad elevations for Sunday’s game against the New York Jets at Highmark Stadium. Defensive end Matthew Judon and linebacker Keonta Jenkins will now be part of Buffalo’s game day roster on Sunday afternoon.
This will be the third time Jenkins has been called up to the game day roster during the 2025 season. He appeared in games earlier this season against the Jets (Week 2) and Miami Dolphins (Week 3). Jenkins played a total of 27 snaps on special teams across those two games, recording four tackles (2 solo, 2 assisted). Jenkins’ elevation...

This is it. The last one of the season. The Buffalo Bills are a Wild Card, that much we know, but exactly which seed the’ll be (and who they will face in next week’s playoff game) is yet to be determined. And there’s a lot to determine in this final week of the 2025 NFL season. Before we get started, let’s look at who is in and who is out and who is hoping for one last chance.

The Buffalo Bills are headed to the playoffs, extending their franchise-record streak to seven consecutive seasons. The New York Jets, on the other hand, are going to miss the playoffs for the 15th straight season. I won’t kick them while they’re down — we know better than any fan base what it feels like to miss the playoffs for an absurd amount of years — but it’s wild to think that the Jets have been as bad as they’ve been for as long as they have been.
Sunday’s game not only brings the regular season to a close, but it...

Look, I know. I even wrote it in another thing this week. I can’t know for sure that Sunday is the last Buffalo Bills game at Highmark Stadium, but I can write it for “pretty sure.” Since this is making us all pretty sentimental, let’s frame this week’s opponent preview from the perspective that our farewell game is likely to be the shortest one this season.
Yup, for fans saying goodbye to the stadium as the New York Jets visit the Bills for the Week 18 clash, you shouldn’t expect to be there that long.
What’s the mark to...
Buffalo Rumblings
The New York Jets are at the end of yet another lost season, as their NFL-leading streak of seasons without a playoff berth hits 15 seasons this year. They still have a little time to catch the drought-era Buffalo Bills, who missed the playoffs for 17 straight seasons, but their streak is impressive nonetheless.
How do you watch for opposing players on a club that has been watching the sands fall through the hourglass on the regular season for months? The Jets are a completely different club than they were when they met the Bills in September.
Quarterback Justin Fields...

Whether it’s tailgating or homegating, fans of the Buffalo Bills are known to be elite tier when it comes to food. Wingin’ It returns for it’s eighth season of Mad Hatter-esque recipes, taking inspiration from the Buffalo Bills and their opponents.
There are parallels between this recipe and the game it’s paired with. Just like the Bills’ effort this week, the actual effort that goes into this recipe is minimal. That said, the significance is through the roof. I was saving this recipe for a major game. Why? Because this isn’t a recipe. It’s a gift...
Buffalo Rumblings
As we all know, this Sunday marks the last regular-season Buffalo Bills game at the original Highmark Stadium. Unless something magical happens during the playoffs, Sunday will be the last game ever in the stadium before the team moves across the street.
The Bills’ current stadium is home to some of my favorite memories with the first one that stands out for me coming in 2008, when Buffalo took on the Seattle Seahawks in the first game of the season. I was only 13 then, but my Dad and I won a training camp contest so we were able to...
Buffalo Rumblings
The Buffalo Bills have had, maybe, more than their share of bumps and bruises this season. From starters spending the season on Injured Reserve (IR), to defensive stars in and out of the lineup weekly, to receivers who can’t keep a pair of healthy legs between them.
So, it’s no surprise that their Week 18 Injury Report looks like a roster, not a list. However, despite having 15 names on the list, only six enter the weekend with a designation – and of those, only three are for sure not playing as the Bills take the field at the original...

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen has the longest active consecutive start streak among active NFL quarterbacks once again. The 29-year-old has taken it as a point of pride that he doesn’t miss games and head coach Sean McDermott announced on Friday that QB1 will be good to go for Sunday for his 127th straight regulsr season start and 140th including the playoffs.
Allen briefly lost the active record due to an insanely weird quirk. Philip Rivers returned to the NFL with his consecutive start streak intact. He retired, so he wasn’t on an active roster until the last three weeks....

Another week, another potential NFL record for Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen.
Allen can set another scoring record against the New York Jets on Sunday. With his first touchdown, Allen would hit the 40-touchdown barrier for the sixth time in his career. That would be tied for the most all-time with Aaron Rodgers very unlikely to hit 40 touchdowns this season
Here is the top of the list:
1. Aaron Rodgers (six seasons)
2. Josh Allen (five seasons)
3. Tom Brady (four seasons)
To make it even more impressive, Allen can extend his streak to six consecutive seasons. No one...
