If you're not a wrestling or WWE fan, then feel free to move along. For those who are, though, you'll appreciate the usage of heel tactics. Two days after the WWE Royal Rumble, Monday Night Raw was live in Downtown Cleveland, OH, with the show airing on Netflix.
One of the company's long-running storylines has been the shift of The New Day, which consists of Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods, becoming a heel tandem. The duo appeared on RAW, and delivered this line for easy heat:
Kingston told the crowd, "We can't wait to get out of Cleveland, just like Myles Garrett!" as Woods feigned surprise. Classic heel tactics -- something that former WWE superstars like JBL, Elijah, or The Rock may have said for some cheap heat, but now it's The New Day's turn. Even with the Super Bowl upon us, somehow, the Browns always seem to find a way into the limelight for one reason or another.
