Nine different drives featured situations where Barkley was denied at the doorstep, with two goal line stalls occurring on the same series.
These 11 critical plays resulted in seven Jalen Hurts rushing touchdowns, one Hurts passing touchdown, and a field goal.
Despite missing those chances, Barkley secured his career-best touchdown total while anchoring the Eagles’ offense.
His 2,000 rushing yards complemented a Super Bowl championship and the highest running back contract in the league.

The upcoming season presents opportunities for adjustment.
Philadelphia’s coaching staff will likely review red zone usage patterns, potentially giving Barkley more touches in short-yardage situations.
If that shift occurs, 20 touchdowns becomes a realistic target rather than speculation.
