Meantime:

UPDATE: The Eagles have said that any proceeds related to the use of the trademark would be donated to charity.

The filing says the trademark could involve “athletic apparel, namely, shirts, pants, jackets, footwear, hats and caps, athletic uniforms.” The contact is LA-based Wasserman Group, which is the sports marketing and talent management company that represents Howie. Looking further down the list of items, you have to pay $350 to file for a trademark, which kind of sucks. Maybe that’s to keep the riff raff out.

But yeah, the possibilities here are endless. I BLEED FOR THIS CITY is written on the shirt and it’s a picture of Howie smoking a cigar with a huge beer can scar across his forehead. Or maybe they can team up with ECW and do a violence-themed apparel line for charity. It’s Howie Roseman surrounded by barbed wire and he’s hitting Shane “The Franchise” Douglas with a steel chair. Or maybe it’s Howie and Big Dom putting the Dudley Boyz through a flaming table.
