Which Philly Player Pulled Off The Best Fit With Nike Kicks This Season? Let’s Take A Look

A ton of NFL players pride themselves on being at the forefront of fashion, and many guys use walks to the team bus and their pregame entrances into the stadium as a de facto runway that allows them to flex their style.

That includes a number of Philadelphia players who have strutted their stuff this season while rocking a wide array of Nikes that have helped tie their outfit together, ranging from some envy-inducing grails to fresh kicks that commoners like myself can add to my closet with just a few clicks.

I decided to take a look back at some of the best looks of the year, including…

Nakobe Dean

We’ll kick things off with Nakobe Dean, who opted for some clean white Air Force 1s that served as the perfect complement to the shirt he was wearing under a crisp green denim getup he went with before the Philadelphia faced off against the Chargers on a Monday Night.

Philly ended up on the wrong side of a 22-19 loss in overtime, but the linebacker did what he could to contribute with seven total tackles and a sack in the losing effort.

Dean wasn’t the only LB who went the Nike route ahead of that Monday night showdown, as Jalean Phillips opted for a clean black-and-white outfit that obviously called for some Nike Dunk Low Retros in the “Panda” colorway.

He ended up with six tackles on the night, including one that went for a loss.

Saquon Barkley

The birds appropriately decided to go with their all-black uniforms when they hosted the Bears on Black Friday, and Saquon Barkley got in on the action with the leather outfit he was wearing when he rolled up to The Linc.

However, the running back added a splash of color with the help of some classic Air Jordan 1s, specifically the Retro High OG with the “Black Toe Reimagined” colorway. Those can be a bit hard to track down, but these are a very suitable alternative.

AJ Brown

AJ Brown went with a two-tone approach before Philly faced off against Dallas in Week 13 in the form of the “The Chosen One and The One Who Chose” version of the LeBron XXIIIs, which feature a gold finish on the right shoe and a purple one on the left.

The wide receiver ended up with eight catches for 110 yards while snagging a touchdown pass, but Philadelphia ultimately suffered a 24-21 defeat at the hands of Dallas.

Josh Uche

We’ll circle back to the linebackers with Josh Uche, who went with an equally eye-catching approach before facing off against Dallas with the “Orange Lobster” version of the Nike SB Dunk Low Concepts.

Those can also be difficult to get your hands on, but there are plenty of other colorful Dunks to pick from if you so desire.
