Music City Miracles
For the first time in a while, I actually have some confidence that the Tennessee Titans are heading in the right direction. Cam Ward continues to make progress each week. In addition to that, the rest of the Titans’ rookie class looks really solid. Chimere Dike is the best return man in football and a playmaker in the receiving game. Gunnar Helm just had his best game of the season with six catches for 51 yards. Elic Ayomanor missed last week’s game with a hamstring injury, but has proven that he can be a contributor. Marcus Harris graded out really well against the Seahawks as well.
It is going to take another really good offseason for this team to be close to competing, but Mike Borgonzi’s first offseason is looking like a pretty big success.
I’m not sure I’m confident that they are headed in the right direction yet, but this is the first week all season that I would understand why someone would vote yes here.
