Which Seahawks can move into the all time NFL Leader board in Offensive statistics?
If you ever play in Madden Franchise mode, it is fun to check the NFL Career Stats Leaders and see if any of your current franchise players have a chance at jumping into the top NFL career stat leaders. Well, in real life that is just as fun. With that, let us look at where current (and some former) Seattle Seahawks rank in their career stats, and where they could end up by the end of the 2025 NFL Season. This article will look at passing, rushing, and receiving yards on offense. Then a later article will look at defensive statistics, specifically tackles, sacks, and interceptions.
First, passing yards. The Seahawks new starting quarterback, Sam Darnold spent multiple years in quarterback purgatory (the New York Jets, and Carolina Panthers) followed by a backup stint with the San Francisco 49ers before starting for the Minnesota Vikings last season. Because of this, his passing stats are not the highest.
Darnold is currently ranked
- 150th in NFL history for passing yards, with 16,383 yards, and
- 152nd in NFL history for passing touchdowns with 98 touchdowns.
If Darnold were to replicate his 2024 season (which would easily be a successful 2025 season for the Seahawks quarterback), Darnold could catapult himself to
- 114th in NFL history for passing yards with 20,702 yards, and
- 113th in NFL history for passing touchdowns with 133 touchdowns (tied with Michael Vick).
For passing stats, another former quarterback to keep an eye on is Russell Wilson, who is approaching, if not already at Hall-of-Fame level passing stats. Though Wilson has had a decline in his play over the last few years, he could still pad these stats this 2025 season with the New York Giants.
Wilson is currently ranked
- 17th in NFL History for passing yards with 46,135 yards, and
- 12th in NFL history for passing touchdowns with 350 touchdowns.
Wilson could replicate his 2024 season, where he played in eleven games. However, with rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart, and veteran Jameis Winston behind him, eleven games could still be a reach. Regardless, if Wilson were to replicate his 2024 season, he could raise his rankings to
- 14th in NFL History for passing yards with 48,617 yards, and
- 11th in NFL history for passing touchdowns with 366 touchdowns (tied with Eli Manning.)
Next, with rushing stats, Kenneth Walker III is currently ranked outside the top 250 for NFL career rushing yards and rushing touchdowns. Despite that, Walker III could make some upward movement with a duplication of his 2024 season.
Kenneth Walker III is currently at
- 2,528 career rushing yards, and
- 24 career rushing touchdowns
If Walker III were to replicate his 2024 stats (which would ideally not happen and he’d improve), that would leave him still outside the top 250 NFL career rushing yards leaders with 3,101 career rushing yards. However, this would push him into...
