Philadelphia is celebrating once again! After the Eagles’ dominant 40-22 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX, the City of Brotherly Love is preparing for another massive championship parade.
If you’re planning to attend, here’s everything you need to know about the Philadelphia Eagles parade- date, route, road closures, and transportation options.
The Philadelphia Eagles’ Super Bowl parade is set for Friday, February 14, 2025. The city confirmed the date in a press conference, with the parade starting at 11 a.m. ET and concluding at approximately 3:15 p.m. ET. The event will end with speeches from players and coaches at the Philadelphia Museum of Art (the famous Rocky Steps).
The city decided to hold the parade on Friday due to weather conditions. Officials expected a small snowstorm earlier in the week, so they chose Friday for its sunny to partly cloudy skies and temperatures between 25 and 38 degrees.
The Eagles’ parade will follow the same route as the 2018 celebration:

Along the parade route, 15 Jumbotron screens will display live footage and replays of the Philadelphia Eagles’ Super Bowl win. Before the main parade, a pre-parade procession of 30 school buses carrying special guests will also make its way toward the Art Museum.
Expect major road closures along the parade route. The city announced that closures will primarily affect Broad Street up to City Hall and the Benjamin Franklin Parkway leading to the Art Museum. Most restrictions will be in place from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET on Friday.
