Is this the most important offseason in Bengals history? Sure feels like it.
Believe it or not, the 2025 NFL Combine is upon us, as the offseason is officially underway for the Cincinnati Bengals.
After a 9-8 season with no playoff berth, the Cincinnati Bengals now face the most critical offseason in franchise history.
That begins with this week’s NFL Combine in Indy, where both Duke Tobin and Zac Taylor are set to speak.
Tobin is scheduled to speak on Tuesday, Feb. 25 at 3:30 PM ET, and Taylor will meet with the media at 4 PM ET. Both press conferences will be streamed online through Bengals.com.
The Bengals have plenty of cap space and a quarterback willing to do whatever it takes to keep his stars in Cincinnati. The front office has their hands full and has more pressure on them now, more than ever, to spend money.
Cincinnati is in need of extending a handful of stars like Ja’Marr Chase, Trey Hendrickson, and Tee Higgins.
The work does not stop there. The team is in desperate need of talented guards for the offensive line and needs to fill numerous holes on the defensive side as well.
In other words, the Bengals have plenty of moves that need to be made this offseason, so it will be interesting to see what Tobin and Taylor have to say in Indy.
