What They’re Saying About The Eagles: A Fifty Burger Please (Part 2)
Bleeding Green Nation Bleeding Green Nation

What’s going on Bleeding Green Nation?!

Welcome back for part two of the NFC Championship What They’re Saying.

If you missed part one here is a link to that: A Fifty Burger (Part 1)

It has dawned on me that I now have to write intros for each of these entries and I kind of went all out on the opening. So hopefully a brief recap will help us reach the needed word count.

  • The Commanders drove down the field their first possession, converting on two fourth down conversions, before settling for a field goal.
  • The Eagles responded with Saquon (the one true MVP) running for a touchdown. Needing only a single play.
  • The Commanders then fumbled shortly after. That drive ending with another Saquon touchdown.
  • The Eagles were burnt by a fake punt. Badly.
  • Per some commenters on BGN; we have lost momentum and are choking.

So we will pick it up where we left off, with the Commanders deep in Eagles territory trying to tighten up a 14-3 game:
