In Week 1, we saw the New Orleans Saints fall to the Arizona Cardinals in a heartbreaking 20-13 loss to start the season 0-1.
While we saw several positives out of yesterday’s game, there were just too many penalties and mistakes for the Saints to overcome a Cardinals team who took the lead early and never looked back.
In Week 2, New Orleans will have a tougher challenge in facing the San Francisco 49ers (1-0) who are coming off of a 17-13 win against the Seattle Seahawks. Kickoff is at noon in the Caesars Superdome.
According to FanDuel, the Saints are currently 6.5-point underdogs vs. the Niners. The over/under is currently 43.5 points but there is sure to be some movement on those odds before Sunday’s matchup.
