Week 9 NFL Quarterback Power Rankings: All 32 Starting NFL QBs Ranked
BroBible BroBible

We are now 9 full weeks into the 2025/26 NFL season and our Week 9 NFL Starting Quarterback Power Rankings are officially out. There was a LOT of movement in the top 10 this week with some of the NFL’s best starting quarterbacks struggling, some were on bye, some returned from injury, and others just got outplayed by their competition.

Every week I mention that it is a lot easier for QBs to move out of the top 10 in the weekly NFL Quarterback Power Rankings because those in the top 10 truly earned that spot with consistent play. That is less true this week than in weeks past, certainly than in the Week 8 Power Rankings, as we saw quite a bit of movement this week.

Week 9 Quarterback Power Rankings: Ranking All 32 Starting NFL Quarterbacks In The 2025 NFL Season

The #1 quarterback in our weekly NFL QB Power Rankings has now held that spot for three weeks in a row. That is the longest any quarterback has been ranked #1 in the power rankings so far this season. Dare I say he is that dude and will stay there for quite a while to come? Now without further ado, let’s get to the Week 9 NFL Starting Quarterback Power Rankings!

32. C.J. Stroud/Davis Mills – Houston Texans (Prev. 32)

C.J. Stroud was at 32nd last week in the Quarterback Power Rankings and this week he is there again, combined with Davis Mills who came in to replace him after the injury.

Stroud and Mills combined for 23/40 passing for 191 yards, 0 touchdowns, and 0 interceptions. They also combined for just 19 rushing yards and no TDs. It was an impotent offense and their combined performance deserves the last place ranking because based on last week (ranked 32nd ) there was no reason to move them up.

31. Cam Ward – Tennessee Titans (Prev. 31)

Holding firm in the 31st spot in the Quarterback Power Rankings is Cam Ward. The Titans lost at home, again, to the Chargers (27-20), but at least this time it was close.

Cam Ward was 21/21 passing for 145 yards, 0 touchdowns, and 0 interceptions. He fumbled the ball twice though. At this point there are no signs which indicate he is capable of running the Titans’ offense.

30. Bryce Young – Carolina Panthers (Prev. Unranked)

Back in his starting position with Andy Dalton back on the bench, Bryce Young comes in at 30th in the Quarterback Power Rankings. He picked up a 16-13 win on the road in Green Bay over Jordan Love and the Packers. That is huge, right? He must’ve put up incredible numbers, right???

Not so fast… He was 11-of-20 passing for just 102 passing yards, 0 touchdowns, and 1 interception. He also fumbled the ball. So Bryce Young had 2 turnovers, no points, and still managed to beat the Packers in Green Bay. That is a legitimate miracl.

29. Dillon Gabriel...
