With Week 8 of the 2025 NFL season in the books, the pecking order of the best offenses in the league continues to change as teams like the Indianapolis Colts and Buffalo Bills prove why they are among the cream of the crop. Ahead of this weekend’s games, let’s take a look at the best and worst units right now with our Week 9 NFL offense rankings.

  1. Tennessee Titans (LW: 32)

In 2024, the Tennessee Titans’ offense was one of the worst in the league. Despite having some solid skills players like Calvin Ridley and Tony Pollard this year, as well as No. 1 overall pick Cam Ward, the unit remains among the very baddest in the NFL.

Sunday was another long day for the struggling Titans offense. They managed just 14 points in another loss, this time to the Colts. Ward was okay as he threw for 259 yards, and got some decent play from his receivers (93 yards from Chimere Dike), but it wasn’t nearly enough to keep pace with an elite Colts offense

  1. New Orleans Saints (LW: 31)

Despite speculation that rookie Tyler Shough would win the starting QB job, the New Orleans Saints have gone with 2024 fifth-rounder Spencer Rattler as their starting QB over the first half of 2025. Despite meaningful skill players like Alvin Kamara and Chris Olave, and decent play from Rattler, the NO offense has been among the worst in the league this season.

In Week 8, they fell for a third straight week in an ugly loss at home. In their 23-3 drubbing to the Bucs, the big standout was Kellen Moore seeing enough and finally bringing Shough in to relieve Rattler. The keys to the offense could soon be handed off to the rookie.

  1. Cleveland Browns (LW: 29)

The Cleveland Browns’ offense has been an unsurprising mess again in 2025. While Joe Flacco was given the keys to the offense, the greybeard’s poor play led to getting benched after four starts. Thus far, the lone bright spot has been the strong play of rookie running back Quinshon Judkins.

After a day of celebration last week, the Browns’ offense fell back to earth hard on Sunday. They were held to just 13 points in a blowout loss to the Patriots. The run game was held in check, and rookie Dillon Gabriel hit on just 21 of his 35 passes and tossed a pair of interceptions. It was a one-step forward, two steps back day for the Browns.

  1. Las Vegas Raiders (LW: 28)

The Las Vegas Raiders’ offense’s lone bright spot last year was the emergence of Brock Bowers as one of the best tight ends in the league. However, in 2025, the young star has not been able to help pull this group out of being a mediocre defense, even with veteran QB Geno Smith.

Week 7 was a new low point as the unit was completely shut out by the Chiefs. In...
