We’ve reached Week 7 in the 2025 NFL season and injuries have already had a massive impact on fantasy football this fall. Unfortunately for fantasy managers, there are even more absences to navigate for this slate of games as demonstrated by our Week 7 fantasy rankings.

First, we’ll start with the NFL teams on bye this week. The Baltimore Ravens (Lamar Jackson, Derrick Henry and Zay Flowers) and Buffalo Bills (Josh Allen and James Cook) will be off in Week 7 and that’s just a small part of the absences fantasy managers will be dealing with this week.

There’s uncertainty surrounding Marvin Harrison Jr (concussion), Puka Nacua (ankle), Emeka Egbuka (hamstring), Calvin Ridley (hamstring) and David Njoku (knee) are all iffy to play this week after exiting in Week 6. That doesn’t even include inactives from this past week’s games-Kyler Murray, Brock Purdy, Bucky Irving, Trey Benson, Omarion Hamption, CeeDee Lamb, Quentin Johnston, Ricky Pearsall and Brock Bowers–who are either already ruled out for Week 7 or questionable to play.
