Silver And Black Pride
The Week 6 matchup between the Las Vegas Raiders and Tennessee Titans doesn’t have any playoff implications, but it will impact how the top of the 2026 NFL draft order looks, adding some intrigue to the game. Also, our Silver and Black Pride Pick’em competition is heating up as we inch closer to the halfway point of the regular season.

Holder’s picks: TEN +5.5, LV ML, Under 41.5
The Raiders haven’t won a game in a month and haven’t given any reason to pick them over the last few weeks, while the Titans are coming off their first win of the campaign. However, Tennessee might have had the biggest fluke win in NFL history, needing a classic early celebration on a long would-have-been touchdown run and an interception turned fumble recovery for a touchdown to take down the Arizona Cardinals.
So, I think Las Vegas should still be able to win this one, though I’m not taking the Raiders as nearly a touchdown favorite with how they’ve played recently.
Moving on to S&BP’s Pick’em competition, below is a look at how our writers finished in Week 5.
Last week was a wild one with several upsets in the league, as the underdogs won in all three primetime games, leading to a tough week for our writers. Bill and I had the same picks and went 7-7 while Ray continues to dig himself into a big hole with a 6-8 performance. The difference was the Carolina Panthers coming back from being down 17-0 to the Miami Dolphins. So, I’m still two games behind Bill, and Ray drops to six back.

Congrats to C Wood for President for being the only person to go above .500 in Week 5! That just goes to show how crazy last weekend was.
