With Week 4 of the 2025 season in the books, we have a month’s worth of tape on all 32 NFL offenses. But which units are the best of the best heading into this weekend’s games? Our Week 5 NFL offense rankings answer that, as well as fill you in on which groups have been the most embarrassing this year.
The Detroit Lions’ offense was the cream of the crop for much of last season. They could throw over teams but also bludgeon them with a solid run game. However, many wonder if they can maintain that elite play without former OC Ben Johnson.
After a poor performance in Week 1, the Lions’ O continues to quiet the doubters. On Sunday, they smashed a talented Browns defense with 34 points. While their individual stats don’t jump off the page in Week 4, the No. 1 scoring team in the league (34.3 PPG) made Cleveland pay for their mistakes all day.
The Baltimore Ravens‘ offense was one of the league’s elites last season. They delivered a balanced attack led by 2024 MVP Lamar Jackson and backed by future Hall-of-Fame running back Derrick Henry. They will bring all the key pieces of the unit back in 2025 and add former Texans great DeAndre Hopkins.

Nevertheless, Henry was kept completely in check with 42 yards, and they managed just 20 points in their third loss of the season. It knocked them out of the No. 1 spot as the top-scoring offense in 2025.
Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills‘ offense were one of the best in the league all of last season by using a total team effort, smart play, and a balanced attack. It is why the QB won his first MVP award. All of the pieces from last season are back this year, and they should be very good again.
On Sunday, the efficient unit continued to chug along. While Allen threw his first INT of the season, they were once again great on the ground as James Cook led the way with 117 rushing yards in their win over the Saints. They are the second-best scoring team in the league (33.3 PPG).
If Matthew Stafford’s back doesn’t end his season early, the Los Angeles Rams offense can be one of the best units in the NFL again because of the strong skill players they have in Puca Nacua, Davante Adams, and Kyren Williams.
The LA offense continued its momentum on Sunday with a big day from Stafford as the greybeard threw for 375 yards and 3 TDs. Most of those passes went to Nacua as the third-year receiver played like a superstar against the Colts. Posting...
