The Denver Broncos blew a chance to win a tough road game last week and are now down a game to their AFC West rival Los Angeles Chargers. They have a chance to even the score and return to a first-place tie in the division with a win today, but a loss creates a very big hole to climb out of just three games into the season.
Kickoff is set for 2:05 p.m. Mile High time on Sunday, September 21, 2025 at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, California. You can watch the live stream of the game through FuboTV or on CBS. The game will be called by Kevin Harlan (play-by-play), Trent Green (analyst), and Melanie Collins (sideline). You can also check local Broncos radio network affiliate stations.
According to FanDuel, the Broncos opened 2.5-point underdogs, but the line grew to 3 by Sunday. Until the Broncos prove they can win close games against playoff-caliber opponents, I’m no longer going to sip the Kool-Aid. They are 2-7 against teams in one-score games since the start of 2024 and two of those losses came against these very same Chargers. Their only wins against the hapless New York Jets and Tennessee Titans. They have got to figure this our or they’ll be a fringe .500 football team.
Prediction: Chargers 23, Broncos 20.
