Let’s keep moving forward in assessing the rosters of the WCG Dynasty Fantasy Football League, and next up is Will Ingalls. Will used to write for a couple of the different Chicago Bears blogs several years ago, but is now a news anchor in Quad Cities.
Will is one of the original members of the league and has had a competitive team for several years, but after his team started to age out and he was on the wrong side of the hill, he started working on a rebuild and tried to reload the roster. Let’s see how that rebuild is going.

Knowing that this team is in a rebuild, I don’t want to look at it as Is this team ready to compete this year, but rather ” How is this team building towards the future.
When you look at the QB room, you look at a great start here. With Drake Maye and Brock Purdy at 23 and 26 years of age, this is a great spot to be in. I think it would be helpful if Will took a QB in next year’s rookie draft to get a developmental 3rd QB behind these two, but this is a good spot.
Will is in decent shape in the running back room. If Tuten becomes the man in Jacksonville, that would be a huge step for this room. Warren is productive, but he’s 27, and he may not be on the same timeline as Will. Price was a good selection in this year’s draft as well. Will needs to add some volume to this room and needs to eventually find a stud, but it’s off to a good start.
The WR room has some good young foundational pieces as well. Luther Burden? That’s a nice place to start. Higgins and Downs behind him have some potential, and maybe Tre Harris too. Doubs is only 26, and if he takes a step forward this year with more targets, he could round out a solid room. The players he has aren’t ready right now, but if they keep moving in the right direction, this room has potential for 2027 or 2028.
Tight end room has Ferguson, which certainly works, but honestly, there just isn’t really anything of note behind him. This is a room that will still need some TLC.
Moving over to the defensive side of the ball, I love that the tackle room has Harmon. Stewart is a startable play right now, but certainly we can question if there’s much left in the tank there. If Banks can stay healthy, he could do great in Minnesota’s defense.
The edge room could certainly use some high-end prospects (I’m not a Stewart guy), but Gary and Chiasson should be able to hold it down while this room is reworked.
The linebacker room is great in the present with Roquan and Devin White, and has a future stud in Styles. Certainly could use another 1 or 2 young LBs...
