The Patriots rookie has a new dog.
The New England Patriots turned their first day of training camp 2025 on Wednesday into a pet adoption party. A total of 40 dogs found new homes, including one now owned by the team’s rookie kicker, Andres Borregales.
The seventh-round draft pick, however, did not know about the adoption. Instead, as a video posted by the Patriots shows, his wife Stephanie surprised him with the latest addition to the Borregales household; they are now the owners of four dogs.
The Patriots will return to the practice fields behind Gillette Stadium on Thursday for their second practice of this year’s training camp .The session will kick off at 10:15 a.m. ET with gates set to open an hour earlier.
