The Pittsburgh Steelers’ 26-24 win over the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday night was an instant classic. Tyler Loop’s 44-yard missed field goal will forever live in Steelers-Ravens lore.
Steelers Nation Unite on X put together a video of epic reactions from Steelers fans after the Week 18 win that clinched the AFC North and a playoff berth.

A clip of Aaron Rodgers’ celebration after Calvin Austin’s game-winning touchdown also went viral on social media. The NBC broadcast somehow didn’t capture the epic moment from Rodgers.
To say the least, it was a wild night at Acrisure Stadium. The crowd was lively all night, playing a huge part of the team’s 26-24 win over the Ravens to clinch the AFC North title.

Rodgers led the Steelers down the field with under two minutes to play, leading one more vintage scoring drive in what might have been the final game of the his career. With the Steelers trailing by four, Rodgers got the Steelers into scoring range and the connected with Austin on a 26-yard score with just under a minute to play.
But the drama was nowhere near over yet. Veteran Steelers kicker Chris Boswell missed the extra point — his first such miss of the season — giving the Ravens a chance to win the game with a last-second field goal.
A long kickoff return by Keaton Mitchell set the Ravens up in excellent position, and Lamar Jackson hit Isaiah Likely with a fourth-down pass to get inside the Pittsburgh 30-yard line. Ravens rookie kicker Tyler Loop missed the kick wide right as time expired, giving the Steelers the victory.
Loop had not missed on a field goal attempt inside 50 yards all season until his 44-yard field goal went wide right on the last play of the game.
“For it to end like that sucks, and I want to do better,” Loop said. “Unfortunately, the nature of the [kicker] job is you have makes, and those are awesome, and unfortunately, you have misses, and for that to happen tonight sucks.”
There have been over 60,000 field-goal attempts in NFL history. Loop’s miss on Sunday night is the only one of those attempts that came as time expired in the fourth quarter in the final week with both teams’ playoff hopes resting solely on the result of his kick, according to OptaStats.
