The Washington Commanders are 3-6, and they’re on a four-game losing streak where they were blown out the last three games. QB Jayden Daniels suffered a bad elbow dislocation that will likely put him on the shelf for the rest of the year, and WR Terry McLaurin is still out after reaggravating a quad injury. There was some hope for the playoffs entering Sunday night’s game against the Seahawks, but those quickly ended after Seattle was up 28-0.
The NFL’s trade deadline is today at 4 p.m. There haven’t been a lot of rumors linked to Washington Commanders in the last few weeks. Now that they are likely out of playoff contention, expect more action to be linked to Washington.

Wylie has drawn quiet interest from other teams, according to front-office sources who spoke with LMS. There’s always a demand for versatile linemen, and Washington’s former two-year starter at right tackle can also play guard. Four executives said Wylie could net a late-round pick swap.
The biggest name who could move — if ego doesn’t interfere. Peters and the front office gave up only a fifth-rounder in March to get Samuel, and multiple teams told LMS they’d call again if he’s available. One GM said a fifth-round pick “seems reasonable.”
