The Bears quarterback caused a stir over the weekend after being spotted alongside actress Madelyn Cline at the Summer Smash music festival in Illinois. With breakup rumors already swirling around his relationship with longtime girlfriend Alina Thyregod, the timing and company turned plenty of heads.
Videos circulating on social media showed Williams and Cline dancing in the same circle during Sexy Redd’s set, surrounded by mutual friends.

This latest sighting comes on the heels of breakup rumors surrounding Williams and his longtime girlfriend Alina Thyregod. Around the same time, Seth Wickersham’s new book American Kings: A Biography of the Quarterback stirred controversy by claiming Williams’ father, Carl, tried to manipulate the 2024 draft process to steer Caleb toward a preferred team. Williams addressed the noise with a simple but firm response: “I love being here,” referring to his role in Chicago.
As the buzz around his personal life swirls, Williams continues preparing for his first full season under new Bears head coach Ben Johnson. Rookies reported to Halas Hall last Friday, and veterans joined them on Sunday. Williams aims to turn the page after showing promise last season despite taking a league-high 68 sacks.
