Veteran Steelers WR Ruled Out after Practice Injury

PITTSBURGH — Veteran Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Scotty Miller has been ruled out of the team’s Week 8 game against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday with an injury suffered in practice this week.

Miller was a full participant in Wednesday’s practice, but was injured at practice on Thursday and did not practice at Friday before being ruled out.

The Steelers will get Calvin Austin III back from injury after missing two games with a shoulder injury. Rookie Ke’Shawn Williams, who had been replacing Austin in the lineup, will now replace Miller for at least one game.

In six games, Miller has two targets and one catch for nine yards this season.

OLB T.J. Watt

T.J. Watt was listed as a limited participant in practice on Thursday, Oct. 23, with a hip injury. He was a full participant on Friday and will play against the Green Bay Packers in Week 8.

C Zach Frazier

Frazier suffered a left calf injury during the team’s Week 7 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals. He was limited in practice on Wednesday, Oct. 22, did not practice on Thursday, Oct. 23 and was limited again on Friday, Oct. 24. He is questionable to play against the Green Bay Packers in Week 8.
