Tyreek Hill has been accused of multiple instances of domestic assault by his estranged wife Keeta Vaccaro. Hill and Vaccaro have been married since November 2023. Vaccaro filed for divorce in April of this year.
Their relationship has been contentious almost from the start as, according to court records, the Miami Dolphins wide receiver filed for divorce less than three months after their wedding. Hill would initially deny he had filed for divorce, but later admitted it and blamed it on a miscommunication with his attorneys.
Now, in a new court filing pertaining to their divorce that was obtained by TMZ, Keeta Vaccaro claims Tyreek Hill first became violent with her just two months after they were married. She claims Hill shoved her to the floor, stood over her, and caused a a cut and a bruise while ripping off her necklace. She also claims that two months after that alleged assault, Hill “violently attacked her, throwing her to the floor, twisting her intimate body parts, ripping her hair out and grabbing anything on her person he could get a hold of.”
Vaccaro, the sister of former NFL safety Kenny Vaccaro, makes eight total claims of domestic violence against Hill, including while she was pregnant with the couple’s child. She called his behavior “outrageous, beyond all bounds of decency, and is regarded as atrocious and utterly intolerable in a civilized community.”
In April of this year, Vaccaro claimed Hill kicked her out of their home and took their four-month-old daughter without her consent after a fight. Sunny Isles Beach Police Department filed an incident report about the row, but no arrests were made. She filed for divorce the following day.
Tyreek Hill’s attorney Julius B. Collins responded to Keeta Vaccaro’s new court filing and claimed her accusations are “nothing more than an attempt by Ms. Vacarro, her mother and/or her counsel to shake Mr. Hill down.”
He added, “These new allegations are further proof that Ms. Vacarro and/or her counsel are set on partaking in a smear campaign in hopes that Mr. Hill will settle and give she and her counsel an unreasonable and unwarranted amount of money. Mr. Hill will not be moved by this and awaits his day in Court to present his evidence.”
