Meeting Taylor Swift can be quite the experience.
If you’re one of the rare people to meet the pop superstar, every interaction and word said will be forever remembered.
It sounds like the Cowboys’ tight end Jake Ferguson fulfilled one of his Wildest Dreams.
The Dallas Cowboys tight end has had an eventful past few months — from getting engaged in April to his girlfriend, Haley Cavinder, a former college basketball player and now full-time social media influencer, to attending Travis Kelce’s Tight End University camp, to earning a four-year, $52 million contract extension on Sunday.
The 26-year-old tight end spoke to the media on Saturday and recalled a moment at Tight End University when he met Kelce’s girlfriend, Taylor Swift.
He even revealed that he has not washed a body as a result of that meeting.
“I shook her hand, I still haven’t washed my hand,” Ferguson said.

“She’s so normal, she’s so nice! Not that I was expecting anything different, but like, she knew football. She was talking like, ‘We [the Chiefs] got a big game at Cowboys this year!'”
Taylor Swift’s presence at Kansas City Chiefs games in 2024 significantly boosted the NFL’s brand value and viewership.
Swift’s first two years in the NFL spotlight have been enchanted ones, to say the least.
The Chiefs entered Super Bowl 59 vs. the Eagles with a 19-3 overall with Taylor Swift in attendance, with wins in each of their last 14 games. As we all saw, the Chiefs got destroyed in that game.
Prior to that game, Swift held a 6-0 record in the playoffs.
Last season, the Chiefs were a perfect 9-0 when Taylor Swift attended games.
