It is always a whirlwind when the NFL season comes to an end.
One team celebrates — this year, the Philadelphia Eagles after a dominating Super Bowl win — while another, in this case the Kansas City Chiefs, retreats to lick their wounds after a loss. Coaches get fired and hired, and plans are made for the next season.
Players will also reflect on their careers, and Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has been doing just that after finishing his 12th season in the league. Questions have flown around as to whether the future Hall-of-Famer will retire in the offseason, and Kelce addressed the topic on this week’s new episode of his podcast New Heights.
“Right now, I’m just kicking everything down the road. I’m kicking every can I can down the road,” Kelce said of his upcoming decision.
