Jim Harbaugh had a dream first season with the Los Angeles Chargers, but it ended badly against the Houston Texans.
Now, Harbaugh heads into his second campaign hoping to get his team much further than the Wildcard round.
Postseason appearances are a thing of the past, and now, the Chargers are looking at ways to go further than just an appearance. To do that, the franchise will have to field a talented team and a talented coaching staff.
Harbaugh is certainly trying to make sure that happens.
During a recent Chargers practice, Jim Harbaugh could be seen frighteningly staring at his players on the field while behind a black tarp for unknown reasons. He also had his mouth wide open while wearing sunglasses.

Alongside Harbaugh, Greg Roman will lead the offense, and Jesse Minter will lead the defense for a second straight season.
Jim Harbaugh wanted to add another assistant to the defensive line, and found just that in a former player who has suited up for the franchise in the past.
Harbaugh hired Chuka Ndulue as an assistant defensive line coach.
The Los Angeles Chargers haven’t had much playoff success.
It was back in 2018 when the franchise last made it to the divisional round, which resulted in a loss.
The team last made it to a conference championship game in 2007, and before that, it was 1994.
With Justin Herbert behind center, Harbaugh can possibly put together the right team to get the franchise back to the conference championship game, and hopefully to a Super Bowl to give him another shot of winning it all.
