It’s been over two years since Tom Brady played his final NFL snap, but the GOAT certainly looks like he can still play.
Tom Brady initially retired from football in Feb. 2022, following an MVP-caliber season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. 40 days later, however, Brady announced he was coming out of retirement for his 23rd season.
After a disappointing 8-9 season, culminating with a playoff loss to the Dallas Cowboys in the Wild Card Round, Brady announced in Feb. 2023 that he was retiring for good. After a year away from football, Brady began his broadcasting career with Fox Sports in 2024.
But Tom Brady isn’t using retirement as an excuse to keep himself out of the gym. As you can see in the viral photos and video below, the seven-time Super Bowl champion continues to put in the work as if he were still playing:

Brady was one of many high-profile celebrities in attendance for the Jeff Bezos-Lauren Lauren Sánchez wedding in Venice, Italy, last week. The photos above were snapped in Ibiza, a Spanish island located in the Mediterranean Sea.
The soon-to-be 48-year-old Brady will begin his second season in the Fox broadcast booth in September, working alongside play-by-play man Kevin Burkhardt.
Last fall, Tom Brady was approved as a minority owner of the NFL’s Las Vegas Raiders. Brady and owner Mark Davis made sweeping changes by hiring Pete Carroll and John Spytek for the head coach and GM roles, respectively, before acquiring Pro Bowl quarterback Geno Smith in a trade with the Seattle Seahawks.
The Raiders put a cherry on top of the offseason by drafting generational Boise State running back Ashton Jeanty with the No. 6 pick. With all these changes in place, the Raiders are well-positioned to make a run at a wild card berth in 2025.
