The Tennessee Titans wrap up their season today on the road against the Jacksonville Jaguars. If the Jaguars win, they win the AFC South. If the Titans win and the Houston Texans win against the Indianapolis Colts, the Texans win the division. I hate both teams.
Today’s game is tough. I can never cheer for a loss to the Jaguars, but a loss could get the Titans the second pick in the draft if everything else goes the right way. I broke down all of the 2026 NFL Draft order scenarios here. At the end of the day, my only real hope for today is that Cam Ward plays well. That’s the best thing for the future of the franchise.
When these two teams met in week 13, the Titans were terrible and lost 25-3. Tony Pollard was the lone bright spot that day. While he only rushed for 60 yards, he did it on 10 carries. He was ripping off big runs early in the game, but for some reason, the Titans stopped giving him the ball. He needs 66 yards today to reach 1,100 for the season. That would earn him an extra $250,000. He gets another $200,000 if he scores two rushing touchdowns.
