Our friends over at FanDuel Sportsbook have player props posted. Today, I thought we would take a look at a few of the ones for the Tennessee Titans’ skill players. You can get pretty good value on these guys if you believe in what Cam Ward and Brian Callahan are building here. Ward is +370 to throw for 4,000 yards. Now, the Titans have never had a 4,000 yard passer. Ryan Tannehill got pretty close twice with 3,819 in 2020 and 3,734 in 2021, but no one has hit that number since they moved to Tennessee. Ward will do it before his career is over. Will it be this year? I wouldn’t bet on that one.
A bet I do like is Calvin Ridley +100 to hit 1,000 yards receiving. Ridley had 1,017 yards last season with terrible quarterback play. This year he gets a huge upgrade in Ward, and their chemsitry has been apparent throughout the preseason. If you are feeling really bold, you can get Ridley at +490 to hit 1,250 yards. Ridley had 1,374 yards with the Atlanta Falcons in 2020.
Another bet I like is Tony Pollard at +100 to hit 1,000 rushing yards. He has hit that number in each of the last three years. Sure, there is a concern of a timeshare with Tyjae Spears, but Spears has had trouble staying healthy in his NFL career and is already banged up this season.
