The Washington Commanders are looking for both an offensive and defensive coordinator currently. Yesterday, Tennessee Titans defensive coordinator interviewed with the Commander for their DC position. Wilson did a really good job here in 2025, considering all of the changes and injuries that the Titans suffered on defense.
The Titans started out the year with Li’Jarius Sneed, Jarvis Brownlee, and Roger McCreary as their starting corners. That’s a pretty good group. By the middle of the season, all three of those guys were gone. It’s tough to stop an opposing passing offense with corners four through six.
Another thing to keep an eye on when it comes to Wilson is that he was on John Harbaugh’s staff with the Baltimore Ravens. He could join Harbaugh’s staff wherever the veteran coach ends up getting a job. With the rumors that the Titans are on Harbaugh’s short list, there is even a chance that Wilson stays on as the DC here.
