Week 8 of the 2025 season kicks off with an NFC vs AFC matchup between the Minnesota Vikings and the Los Angeles Chargers. Both teams enter tonight’s game with three losses. The Vikings are sitting at 4th place in the NFC North, while the Chargers are tied for second place in the AFC West. Carson Wentz is getting his fifth start for the Vikings with J.J. McCarthy still sidelined with a toe injury. They’ve been alternating wins and losses with Wentz under center, losing last week to one of his former teams, the Philadelphia Eagles. The Chargers are coming off a 38-24 loss to the Colts, and will be looking for a win at home.
