Saquon Barkley might be one of the greatest leaders of all-time. It’s crazy to see how much he meant to this team. After watching this, I’d follow Saquon into the heart of battle. He didn’t just change this team on the field, he changed it off the field. The missing link that brought us a championship. Jalen Hurts, Nick Sirianni, and Jeffrey Lurie all said it. He is without a doubt one of the greatest free agent signings in Philadelphia sports history. Probably #1:

Mahomes thought he was going to have his Brady 28-3 Moment. It never even fucking came close.
Travis Kelce looked lost out there from the start. The conversations pregame didn’t have any oomph to them. You could feel his broken spirit every time they cut to him on the sidelines. It was over before a lot of us even knew it.

Jalen Hurts’ conversation with Grant Calcaterra how Super Bowl 57 “changed his soul” gave me chills.
I would hate Nick Sirianni if he wasn’t one of ours. The constant showboating. Yelling every sack number on Patrick Mahomes:
It would drive me up a wall! But he’s ours and I LOVE the passion and he knows how to make these guys tick. So he can do whatever the hell he wants because it works and he’s about to get PAID!
The typically emotionless DeVonta Smith tearing up on on the sideline was awesome:

What a year. I’ll never forget my first, and maybe this is just revisionist history, but this one feels so much sweeter. Maybe it was the domination, maybe it was ending the Chiefs’ reign, or maybe it was because this team is so likable. Whatever it was I won’t forget this season or this team for as long as I live. The 2024 Eagles will be one of my favorite teams of all time and the best part unlike that 1993 Phillies team or the 2001 Sixers or the 2004 Eagles this team...
