You’ve got to be a sick individual if you’re enjoying this 49ers downfall! (currently Googling “cures for Leprosy” as we speak). San Francisco radio guys Bonta Hill and Joe Shasky, who excoriated Philadelphia and called us fake gangstas and lower life scumbags, are in shambles after the Niners lost 12-6 at home to a Rams team that the Eagles beat by three scores in LA:

“Fuckin Niners! What are we doing! Season’s over!” Shasky with a nice acting job there while a measured Hill is admitting some hard truths. Brock Purdy was, indeed, “very mid.” Kyler Murray has been better. Matt Stafford has been better. Geno Smith has been better. And Deebo Samuel was embarrassing. Two carries for three yards and three receptions for 16 yards. His Super Bowl was beating up on Nicholas Morrow in Philadelphia. Things are bad in San Francisco. They are 6-8 and last place in the NFC West. They will not make the playoffs. Purdy has one more year on his rookie deal and then they have to decide if they’re going to pay him. The team is wracked with injuries and the fans are distraught. And we all know how volatile that fan base is. They’re likely to start a brawl at the next game, or stab each other at a fast food joint. You’d never see Eagles fans engage in that kind of behavior.
