Get caught up on who’s on the Seahawks roster before training camp gets underway!
The Seattle Seahawks kickstart their 2025 training camp on Wednesday, with 10 public practices in total along with several other sessions behind closed doors.
With fans set to get a taste of their first Seahawks action later this afternoon, I figured the best thing to do is take a look at the current 90-man roster, which is 90 + 1 due to center Federico Maranges being an International Player Pathway program exception. I would ordinarily embed an Excel table but it is a terrible read on mobile, so that’s out. The next best thing is a screenshot of the table with random color-coding separating each group. If you’re on mobile, you can click on the images individually for the maximum size.
Please note that this is NOT a depth chart; the players are listed in alphabetical order. All undrafted rookies have a “UDFA” designation next to the “R” under the “Experience” column.
All of this information is courtesy of the official Seahawks Media site, and the only adjustments made are the UDFA designations and the general distinction between inside and outside linebackers. For now, I’m listing D’Eryk Jackson and Jamie Sheriff as inside linebackers, although in Sheriff’s case it is still not abundantly clear whether he’s moved to ILB or is still an OLB or working as both.
All caught up? Great. This will be updated as we see fit on a weekly basis until cutdown day.
