Soon-to-be former New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers knows what he wants in his next NFL team.

Rodgers is a 41-year-old free-agent quarterback looking to latch on to a team with certain qualities.

With Aaron Rodgers and the Jets officially parting ways, TMZ caught up with him after a workout to ask him what he’s looking for in his next squad.

No. 1, he asked to be wanted, while his second suggestion was that the team had to be good.

‘If they want you… if they got a good team,’ Rodgers said.
