The hot seat kind of cooled off after the Miami Dolphins beat the New York Jets a couple of weeks ago, but it’s back to being on fire after the team’s most recent loss to the Carolina Panthers. Mike McDaniel says he is frustrated, the coaches are frustrated, and owner Stephen Ross is frustrated. McDaniel also said his job security is in the back of his mind but he has to know if he can’t fix this team, his days are numbered. According to a recent report from Tony Pauline, sources see McDaniel’s tenure coming to an end soon and named Rex Ryan as a potential head coach candidate. Make of that what you will.
