Ben Johnson absolutely, positively did not say ‘Williams must play better for the Bears to have a chance in the playoffs’ or anything even remotely like that. He, in fact, specifically would not talk about anything more than the next game. I’m posting this link because I’d like you to hear/read what Johnson said, and compare that to the fiction that Lieser reported. This is what passes for “journalism” in 2025.
