After they got into the car, Judkins allegedly struck his girlfriend in her left arm and thigh. The officer who responded to the incident wrote that the accuser showed photographs of the bruises she suffered.

The accuser and Judkins stayed together for five days after the alleged incident before coming forward.

According to the arrest report, the girlfriend didn’t immediately come forward because “she felt bad due to” Judkins’ recent career success. But after consulting friends and family, the girlfriend contacted the police.
