Here’s how and when to tune in for this year’s big game.
It’s finally here. After two weeks of waiting, it’s finally about time to get the Super Bowl underway. This afternoon, the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs will meet for the second time in three years to decide the champions of the NFL.
Two years ago, the Chiefs won a thrilling 38-35 game, getting a go-ahead field goal as time expired. Kansas City then beat the San Francisco 49ers in overtime a year ago, getting a game-tying field goal at the end of regulation and a touchdown from Mecole Hardman as time expired on the overtime period.
That means that this game is a chance for the Chiefs to three-peat — information that is probably not news to you unless you have been ignoring all football-related coverage for the last several weeks. In any case, the books expect a close, hard-fought game, and hopefully football fans will get that, particularly since it seems that fans of the other 30 NFL teams are generally not excited about this matchup.
Here are the details on today’s game, so tune in and enjoy!
